"Treasures from Himālaya Himalayas"
Perch is located on the small island of Taiwan. We love and appreciate the different properties of natural fibers because renewable resources are of special significance to us.
We mostly use hemp fiber, bark fiber from the Himalayas and wool from New Zealand.
Dyes are mineral dyes derived from the natural beauty endowed by the earth, roots, bark, nuts, leaves and flowers, and plant extracts.

"Opportunities and Connections for Transnational Cooperation"
Nepal has a long history of crafts, and travelers from all over the world speak highly of local arts and crafts and the skills of craftsmen. However, traditional craftsmanship has been widely forgotten as it does not fit into the modern economic model.
Therefore, we work with Nepali craftsmen to realize Perch's design concept by supporting local communities, encouraging traditional craft techniques, providing reasonable wages, and based on fair trade whether on or offsite. This is what we still have. Motivation, the reason to continue to do better, and everyone who consumes can participate in this wonderful journey.

Refunds & Exchanges
If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.
Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.
Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.

Refund process
  • Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.
  • Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.
  • Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
