Brand history

The brand "Pâtisserie Francis Carousel" originated from a piece of pineapple cheese tart. Francis, the pastry chef, said: "I still remember that when I was a child, I was always surrounded by my gourmet parents, and I always felt helpless about the "aroma" of food. The passion and persistence of resistance, especially desserts, are what I have the most unforgettable memories. Whenever I taste different desserts, the feeling of being filled with happiness in my heart is always beyond words. But the beginning of it all started. During a trip to France, I accidentally ate a piece of pineapple cheese tart, and the wonderful thrill awakened the idea that I wanted to share the unforgettable taste with everyone, so my baking life started.”

Pâtisserie Francis Carousel established its studio in July 2011, mainly selling French pineapple cakes. In August 2012, the first store was established on Mingshui Road in Taipei. We hope that customers can relax and purchase goods here, experience the elegant and comfortable French atmosphere, and taste the snacks carefully developed by the chef. The products sold are mainly gift boxes and are divided into three types:

Souvenir gift box (French pineapple cake, truffle salt Hawaiian bean nougat, pineapple cigar egg roll, etc.).

Customized wedding cakes and full-month gift boxes.

Birthday cakes and desserts.
