In my dessert lab, baking is like a delicious experience. One more gram of sugar and it might be too sweet, one more degree of heat and it might be too hard, an extra minute of baking and it might be too burnt, and a different buttercream might be too chewy. I feel tired, and changing the sugar will have different sweetness and flavor. My dessert laboratory has hidden secrets after many food tests. Oh~~~ Of course, the ingredients have been strictly selected through multiple tests, and the taste is what I like. The taste ~ because this is "my dessert laboratory": )
