We recognize that our premium stainless steel vessels — for coffee, beer, food, wine, and everything in between — are commodities that bring people together. And these commodities all rely on three things at their core: water, earth, and the relationship that people have with both. In order to close the loop and support the entire supply chain, we need to make sure these basic ingredients are considered, cared for and nourished. With this in mind, MiiR continues to emphasize and celebrate these fundamental elements by aligning our giving projects to support clean water, a healthy environment, and strong communities. Though we look at them individually, more often than not these issues are intertwined and require a holistic approach, one that invites relationship building and evergreen learning. Because of the work of our nonprofit grantees — this year, four key ones — we are able to come together to drive authentic change within these critical areas.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.
Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.
Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.

Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.
Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.
Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
This shop provides exchanges
Exchange requests should be discussed with the designer via Chats within 7 days after the order arrives.
The designer will determine whether or not to provide an exchange based on the product type and existing stock. We recommend that you contact the designer via Chats before requesting an exchange.
Once the designer approves the exchange, please return the item(s) within 3 working days.
Once the designer receives and verifies the condition of the item(s), they will send the agreed upon exchange item(s) to you within 3 working days.
