MeCakeKi is established in Hong Kong in 2017. “Me” represents the personality filled with uniqueness; “CakeKi” shares a similar pronunciation for cake in Japanese, also representing the Founder’s appreciation of the Japanese bakery craftmanship and creativity. Hence, the whole becomes a symbol of bakery with uniqueness, craftmanship and creativity.
Patisser, Ken hope to produce special and healthy bakery products that could impress you. Finally developing the“Hong Kong Crispy Cookie” which is a fusion of the vibes of traditional Hong Kong bakery and the British afternoon tea culture. The“Hong Kong Crispy Cookies”has unexpected crispy and filled with strong egg favour. Also, our special flavors can make you feeling the taste of Hong Kong. For "Shrimp Paste and Chilli Pork Floss", "Salted Egg and Sesame", "Sergestid Shrimp with Rice Pops and Shrimp Roe" crispy cookies from our "Tai O Flavor" cookie series, they can make you feel Tai O fishing village.
Every piece of “Hong Kong Egg Cookie” is produced and packed in Hong Kong entirely and modify the recipe including Monk Fruit extracts which enables us to reduce the use of refined sugar that not only adds a subtle after taste to our product but more importantly makes them healthier.
