LungTi Studio: A Passion for Metal Embossing in Tin Art
LungTi Studio embodies the founder’s passion and commitment to metal embossing in tin art (tin relief handcraft metal art). Through refined and elegant techniques, emotions are transformed into warm, heartfelt creations that convey the beauty of art, enriching life with harmony and inspiration.
The name "LungTi" reflects the graceful patterns of hibiscus brocade.
Plants and people share a natural affinity, bringing inner peace and tranquility. In the hands of a creator, floral patterns come to life through pewter art, transforming into vibrant works that reveal the beauty and joy within everyday life.

The Story of LungTi
Nina Lee (李容端), the founder of LungTi Studio, established the brand out of her love for tin art. Amid the bustling city life, she discovered this ancient craft by chance and was captivated by its accessibility and personalized creative nature. Determined to share it with others, she launched LungTi in 2012 with just two tables at the NCCU Incubation Center on Jinhua Street in Taipei.
Over time, the workshop expanded, moving through several locations—from a classroom in Banqiao to an artisan gift shop at Zhongshan Station, and later to a studio on Chang’an West Road. Along the way, LungTi attracted more tin enthusiasts, offering a wide range of courses from beginner to advanced levels, including professional certifications, to meet the diverse needs of students. The studio also launched a collection of tools and materials, empowering enthusiasts to create freely from home.
In early 2024, the lease for the Chang’an West Road studio ended unexpectedly after ten years, marking a brief pause in LungTi’s journey. However, in July of the same year, a new opportunity arose to restart within the Cheng-Xi Financial Art Sharing Space. With this fresh beginning, LungTi aims to continue fostering a space for creators to release stress, focus on their craft, and engage in meaningful exchanges.
At LungTi, we believe that every pewter creation conveys the heartfelt emotions of its maker. This belief remains the driving force behind our commitment to promoting metal embossing in tin art.
