I still remember the simple life surrounded by the blue sky, the sea, the greenery, the sunset, and the richness of nature.
I aim to create beautiful, simple and high-quality works.

We make our products by hand with all our hearts so that everyone who receives them will be pleased.

We pay close attention to production, but individual differences will inevitably occur.
Natural materials such as natural stones have different colors, patterns and shapes.
We put our hearts into making our products, so we hope you will consider this to be a taste of handmade products.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.

Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.

Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.

Refund process

Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.

Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 4 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.

Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.

This shop provides exchanges

Exchange requests should be discussed with the designer via Chats within 7 days after the order arrives.
The designer will determine whether or not to provide an exchange based on the product type and existing stock. We recommend that you contact the designer via Chats before requesting an exchange.

Once the designer approves the exchange, please return the item(s) within 7 working days.

Once the designer receives and verifies the condition of the item(s), they will send the agreed upon exchange item(s) to you within 7 working days.
