On the creation of clothing Mod Clothing Studio 3 charming girls work: Ksenia, Kristina and Olga.
The fairy seamstress Olga carefully and accurately sews all the clothes that you see in our store.
Kristina is our main model. This is her you see in most of the photos and videos, she is also an assistant designer and helps in the organizational process.
At the top of this pyramid I work, Ksenia-the founder and designer of the brand.
For many years, I built my career in the car business, but at a certain point, I realized that I want to create , and my hobby-creating beautiful clothes, which I was fond of since childhood, I wanted to develop. And so began the immersion in the world of creativity and fashion.
On Pinkoi we are new and we thank everyone who decided to trust us and makes a purchase in our store ♥ it's amazing.

Refunds & Exchanges
If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.
Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.
Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.
Designers reserve the right to decline refund requests for the following product types:

  • Opened personal hygiene products
Refund process
  • Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.
  • Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 4 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.
  • Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
This shop provides exchanges
  • Exchange requests should be discussed with the designer via Chats within 7 days after the order arrives.
  • The designer will determine whether or not to provide an exchange based on the product type and existing stock. We recommend that you contact the designer via Chats before requesting an exchange.
  • Once the designer approves the exchange, please return the item(s) within 3 working days.
  • Once the designer receives and verifies the condition of the item(s), they will send the agreed upon exchange item(s) to you within 7 working days.
