We are Taiwan's leading brand of leather innovation - "L'arc en cuir Leken Leather". We pursue the idea of putting aside the traditional constraints of leather, making it bold, innovative and integrated into life.
Leather often gives people the impression of being calm, restrained, bulky, monotonous in color, and easy to stain and difficult to clean. The Leken R&D team believes that leather has more creativity, and uses suede, which is originally limited in use, to carry out diversified designs and develop it. By improving it and applying it to leather products, we hope that more people can rediscover the unique appearance of leather.
The materials and procedures used in Leken Leather Decoration's leather, from dyeing to post-processing, comply with environmental regulations. Buying our products does not damage the earth, and does not affect the environment even if it is discarded. From the natural cow to the finished product, we do not damage the environment at all, allowing the leather to have its own Lifecycle.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.

Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.

Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.

Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.

Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.

Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
