We are KOKO PEARL JEWELRY located in Kyoto, Japan, a brand specializing in seawater pearl jewelries.
We choose Japanese Akoya seawater pearls mainly, import South Sea pearls and Tahitian pearls.
In order to offer high quality jewelries, we use only the top 5% of the pearls, inlay them in Japanese metal fittings, and handmade them by experienced craftsmen.

Refunds & Exchanges
If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.
Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.
