The predecessor of Shiguang Design was a factory with a 40-year history of jade processing. After the second generation took over, it transformed into a brand and is committed to creating jade gifts of oriental culture. The brand "Hao Shi Zai" was established in 2018 with the slogan "Use good stones, make good stones, and form good relationships". The products are mainly positioned at festival gifts, health products, etc., and have been extended to corporate gifts and brand co-branding cooperation.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refund process
  • Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.
  • Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.
  • Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
