Following the changing seasons, our jams are made with local Taiwanese seasonal fruits using the French method for jam making. Fruits are honeyed overnight and slow-boiled to bring out various textures according to their natural flavors, and we use zero additives or preservatives because we firmly believe that when it comes to jam, simple is better. Besides spreading on toast, the jams can also be used to flavor drinks as a part of one’s daily life at the table.
Flavors always bear a powerful connection to the heart and can leave a deep impression.
It is the same with jams. Each harvest of fruit has its own flavor, and accordingly each batch of jams is subtly distinct from one another, proving that our jams are natural.
