Our accessories refer to the technique of “tsumami-zaiku”, which is a traditional craft of Japan.
Normally, we use silk cloth for “tsumami-zaiku”, but our shop is characterized by using shiny and soft cotton cloth.
It is characterized by being a profound accessory that combines elegance and glamour.
It can be used not only for special occasions, but also for everyday use.

Please note that each item is handmade, so there may be slight differences between the image photo and the item you receive.

《Delivery method and shipping charges》
・Delivery within Japan
Standard delivery: Please select non-standard-sized mail (flat rate 200 yen, post-mail, delivery time 2-5 days, no compensation) or courier service (Yamato Transport, flat rate 850 yen, personal delivery, compensation included).
If you are concerned about the possibility of the product being damaged or if you are in a hurry, please choose courier service.
If you have chosen courier service and would like to specify a pick-up date and time, please enter this in the notes section when ordering.

≪For customers who choose non-standard size mail≫
Non-standard-sized mail is basically mailed by post. Our products are packaged to maintain their shape, so the parcels are approximately 5 to 7 cm thick. Items that are too large to fit in the mailbox will be delivered by hand. If you are not home, the delivery person will take your package home and an absentee note will be placed in your mailbox.

・Delivery outside Japan
Items will be sent via Japan Post's EMS (tracking and compensation included) or small package airmail (no tracking and compensation).

《Regarding packaging and wrapping》

Our store does not accept gift wrapping.
However, all ordered products will be delivered in a clear case, wrapped in bubble wrap and wrapped with a thin ribbon.
(You cannot specify the color of the ribbon. We will leave it to you.)

Refunds & Exchanges

Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.

Refund process
  • Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 1 working days.
  • Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.
  • Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
