Family changes, legal proceedings, and parental relationships can bring challenges and insecurity to children as they grow up. The Hualien Children and Family Care Association has been accompanying these families since 2009, promoting child-friendly justice, family support and divorced parent education, hoping to allow children to grow up in love and safety.
