I have a physique that is prone to allergies. When it is serious, I can only drink water or bean products. Currently, most bean products are soy milk, but drinking too much soy milk often causes bloating and smelly farts. If you want to drink red bean soup, buying it in a store is subject to seasonal restrictions. If you cook it yourself without a pressure cooker that can simmer it quickly, it will take too much time to cook the red bean and purple rice soup. After it is finally cooked, it has a short shelf life, so you have to force yourself to finish it in a short period of time. The psychological pressure will be a bit high, and it is often difficult to judge the amount to cook. It would be a waste if you throw it away without finishing it. However, the red bean products that are available immediately are too sweet for me and can aggravate my allergies, so I want to make a product that is not too sweet, can be stored as a regular product, does not take up space in the refrigerator, and can provide complete nutrients when drunk.
