Natural maturation and unique cold method
From harvesting, maturing, mixing to canning, the cold temperature of 15-20 degrees is not heated and maintained throughout the process to ensure the freshness of honey and retain the precious nutrients of honey. Traditional natural maturation Berestoff adheres to the traditional "natural maturation". The process of natural maturation is complicated. The bees in the hive use their wings to fan the excess water and reduce it to less than 20%. Spit wax for storage. Generally, artificially heated matured honey can be quickly collected and canned into a batch of honey in about 1-2 days, while the traditional natural maturation method takes 15 to 30 days. If the weather is bad and the air humidity is too high, you may have to wait. It takes 50 days for honey to be dehydrated successfully. Naturally matured honey not only needs to wait patiently, but also has the right time and place, insist on not heating, not concentrating, and completely retaining the honey's unique amylase, floral and fruit aroma and nutrient live bacteria, so it is very precious.
