- We do not buy, sell or work with any horn or bone of any endangered species.
- We do not buy, sell or work with horn or bone where the animal has been killed only for its horn or bone. Buffalo and bulls are farm animals in Vietnam and their main product is meat. Jewelry made from their horns and bones are only by-products.
- We only use real organic buffalo horn or bone. It not only friendly with environment: reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, etc... but also good for geomancy.
- As all of our jewelry is made from responsibly sourced materials, you can be assured that your purchase is helping to preserve the environment, one beautiful piece at a time.
- We use the waste of productions as fertilizer for gardens, we do not burn or litter the waste.
- We use recycled or reused carton boxes, reused wrapping papers and bubble bags for packaging. Boxes are also handmade by ourself.
- Our family members work together for our living and we do not use child labour.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
