Most customers are looking for fresh roasted coffee beans, but the flavors of coffee are not rich enough when coffee just finishing roast process.
The roasted coffee beans need a while to exhaust CO2 and mature. After this process, coffee beans can present their best flavor to coffee tasters.
Base on our roasting procedures, our fresh roasted coffee beans take about 72 hours to complete mature process, so we call ourselves “72 Hours Café.”
A good coffee is worthwhile to wait 72 hours.
