"1% may be tiny, but everything starts with 1%."
1% bakery" a dream from an 18-year-old boy!
In society, the origin of progress and development is education. I hope that in the future, my company will become a seed to help others!
A good cycle is formed in society, and a little bit of goodness can be connected into dots, lines, and planes.
So I named the store "1% bakery" and decided to donate 1% of my profits to institutions that improve education.
I hope that it can resonate and create the possibility that everyone will be educated and the society will be better.

Start with a cheesecake...
When I visited Japan before starting a business, I ate a cheesecake.
I recalled the original cheesecake that my mother bought home after saving money when I was a child.
Although it is simple, the memory of that smell has been lingered in my heart for a long time, and it is especially touching in a foreign land.
That's why I wanted to make a cheesecake that makes people happy when they eat it.

The ingredients grown with heart are touching:
While searching for food,
We have found that Taiwanese fruits and agricultural products are better than other countries without much processing.
The sweetness of the ripe fruit is "moving".
Thank you to the dedicated farmers for giving us direction.
Use familiar local ingredients: Pingtung lemon, Dajia taro, oolong tea, roses, mulberries and red beans, etc.
We want to make a cheesecake that represents Taiwan!

Incurable persistence:
In order to have the same happy memories every time you taste the cake~
A cake needs a research and development period of at least 100 days!
To do a preservation stress test and find out the best taste to eat,
The most important thing is that when all the partners try to eat, the words "this is it!" will emerge in their hearts.
In a generation where time is expensive, I think only fools would do this.
"But we did it anyway!"
Because if the world lacks a group of people who are willing to be fools for what they think, how boring it would be!
