Vintage Bavarian pedestal teacup and saucer with classic floral design made by König Tettau. Königlich privilegierte Porzellanfabrik Tettau, Schmidt & Greiner was established in 1794 based on permission of Prussian king Friedrich Wilhelm II. In 1915 it was transformed Porzellanmanufaktur Tettau A.G. and in 1957, it was taken over by the Seltmann Weiden group. The backstamp on these items was introduced in 1968. This set is in undamaged, very good condition with only slight surface marks on the saucer. As is often the case with vintage teacups like this one, the handle is a little askew. The photographs are a part of the description.
