Provide your name / registration date / class session, and request the color card to help us prepare your materials in advance.
* To ensure teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please do not arrive early to avoid waiting.
(Children aged 10-15 require one parent to be present for the entire session to assist with crafting; no additional fee for co-creation.)
* Knitting classes do not offer individual explanations for latecomers. "Please do not be late" to avoid disrupting other students' learning. To protect the rights of other participants, entry will not be permitted after 10 minutes, and you will need to reschedule your class.
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the classroom. Covered beverages are permitted, but please be careful to avoid spills.
* Classes may be filmed and recorded for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform staff on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you consent to Dottie Studio using footage and images of you and your work.
* The classroom operates on a reservation basis. Bookings are final, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day. Rescheduling or transferring attendance is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather conditions: Government announces suspension of work and classes in your area.
2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness: (As per the late arrival policy).
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.

* When operated according to guidelines, the equipment is safe. Therefore, students must strictly adhere to the operating rules. Dottie Studio is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to use the equipment as instructed.
* In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, stop operation immediately and inform staff. Do not attempt to fix it yourself. Any damage to equipment caused by non-standard operation will require full compensation.
* By registering, you agree to the above terms and regulations. Dottie Studio reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the class.
