Provide your name / course date / session time to receive the color card and allow us to prepare your materials in advance.
*To ensure teaching quality, the studio is only open to registered participants. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the start of the course; please avoid arriving early to minimize wait times.
(Participants aged 10-15 must have one parent accompany and assist throughout the session; no extra fee for co-participation.)
*Knitting classes cannot accommodate late arrivals with separate explanations. Please do not be late to avoid disrupting the experience for other participants. To protect the rights of other students, entry will not be permitted after 10 minutes; please reschedule your class.
*Eating is not allowed in the studio. You may bring drinks with lids to avoid spills.
*The workshop will be recorded for brand marketing material. If you do not wish to be on camera, please inform the staff on-site to be excluded from filming. If no notification is provided, you agree to Dottie Studio using images or videos of you and your work.
*The studio operates by appointment only. Once a course is booked, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled on the day of the event. Rescheduling or transferring is allowed once under the following conditions, within a two-month limit:
1. Weather factors leading to government-announced closures in the region.
2. Unexpected situations, such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Late arrival.
4. Special circumstances: physical illness, traffic accidents (open to discussion).
