Clean by diluting a neutral detergent with water, gently scrubbing with a brush, wiping off the foam with a damp cloth, and air-drying. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers/bags/accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during logistics and may experience unavoidable bumps or creases. Packaging itself cannot be returned or exchanged. 8. Genuine leather insoles will have variations in texture and color across different areas of the natural skin or depending on the season (unlike artificial leather, which can produce uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color variations are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; colors are subject to the actual product. Handmade sizes may have international standard allowable errors and unavoidable measurement differences of 1-3 cm. 10. Collaboration products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization labels or official logos) must not be imitated. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require the product to be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (shoebox + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 2. If partial returns are necessary, the entire order must be returned and reordered. 3. Any concerns about received items or missing parts require a complete unboxing video to ensure the rights of both parties and facilitate returns, exchanges, or re-shipments. 4.
