⭐ The experience courses are held at a fixed time, but because the works are put on the shelves individually, there is a possibility of repeated registration for the same period. The weaving room will place the order time and the order of registration first!

**⭐️In response to the epidemic situation, and the weaving room classes are all in small classes, please do not bring your accompanying person to class together. ⭐️**
**⭐️If there is a situation of epidemic infection / quarantine / home isolation, please attach relevant certificates (such as: quick screening, PCR, social APP warning notice) and notify the weaving room in the station to discuss the follow-up related extension and refund processing procedures. ⭐️**
**Cancellation method**
1. If you cancel the course 5 days before the activity day, you can get a full refund. If the course is canceled within 5 days of the activity day, only 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
2. Cancellations on the day before or on the day of the activity will not be refunded.
3. It is recommended that if you need to cancel one day before the activity date, the quota can be transferred. But please be sure to let us know the name and contact information of the proxy participant.
4. If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund.
