Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique textures and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect spots, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not defects. During processing, shipping, and crafting, the leather may also acquire minor indentations or scratches. Provided the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered within normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major flaws. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. Every step, from pattern making, cutting, hole punching, stitching, to polishing, is done by hand. The finished product cannot compare to the flawless perfection of machine-produced items but possesses a unique, delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal scratch marks, deepen in color, and gain a lustrous sheen, gradually revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, color variations occur between different batches due to varying inventory times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors from previous orders will not be identical to new orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a "customized item." Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," at the time of order. If no specifications are provided, you agree to let the designer choose the "stitching color" and to leave the "embossed text" area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others. (Finished products cannot have their stitching changed or text re-embossed.)
