Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These marks are not defects. During processing, transportation, and crafting, minor indentations and scratches may occur. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather creation uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to variations in texture and dye absorption. Colors will not be consistent between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is **custom-made to order**. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer's choice of stitching color and a blank finish for embossing. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others. (The finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed.)
