1. Classes will commence with a minimum of 5 students.
2. Class slots are limited. Registration will be confirmed based on payment completion. Payment must be completed within three days of placing your order.

1. No refunds will be issued for temporary inability to attend after payment. The paid fee can be fully converted into shopping credit or used to register for other courses.
2. If the course is full, has insufficient enrollment, or is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants who have completed registration and payment will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
|**Important Notes**|
1. The copyright of the course materials belongs jointly to 《Ping Garden Aroma Academy》 and 《VITAL MARK》. Photography, photocopying, recording, and video recording are prohibited.
2. Students who are absent due to valid reasons may apply to the teaching assistant for online make-up classes before the end of the current course term, or attend the same lesson content at another time. Online make-up classes are limited to twice (2 sessions). Please complete viewing within 24 hours of the video's release. Failure to apply will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of the make-up session.
3. To meet graduation requirements: Full attendance, completion of the NAHA Level 1 course assessment, and submission of five case studies will result in receiving the 《Ping Garden Aroma Academy》 NAHA International Certification Level 1 Completion Certificate (proof of study hours). With this certificate, you may apply for a NAHA membership certificate (additional NAHA Level 1 membership fees will apply).
4. In the event of natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes), epidemics, or other unforeseen circumstances, 《Ping Garden Aroma Academy》 reserves the right to modify the course content and dates to ensure the smooth progression of the program.
