• Registration is confirmed upon completion of payment.
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed on the day of the class. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notification to the instructor, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
• If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances or personal reasons, please message the official LINE account of Hao Ci Floral Art (@igc8211f) the day before the class to discuss rescheduling. A one-time postponement is permitted.
• If Hao Ci Floral Art Studio is unable to conduct the class as scheduled due to force majeure, and rescheduling cannot be agreed upon with the student, a full refund will be provided.
• Each class is expected to last 2-3 hours, depending on the complexity of the artwork. It is recommended not to schedule subsequent activities too tightly.
• Dried flowers and preserved flowers are natural materials, exhibiting variations in color, texture, and size. This is the precious charm of natural materials, not a flaw. The process of free creation ensures that each piece is unique and cannot be an exact replica of the instructor's example.
• During the class, the instructor will assist in taking photos of the handcrafting process and the finished floral art (friends who are shy can inform us beforehand if they do not wish to be photographed). These photos may be used for future brand promotions.
• For preserved flower materials, please maintain a dry and well-ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight. They can be preserved for 1-3 years.
• As this piece is larger and irregular in size, please bring a large bag or securing tool to take your creation home.
