1. After placing an order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section once confirmed.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the reservation date and availability.
4. As course materials are prepared upon payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
