1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving details.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your preferred date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared upon order confirmation. Please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Museum provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
