𓆏 Ceramics Use and Care ⚱︎ Avoid bumping, hitting with sharp objects and violent shaking. ⚱︎ Avoid using steel brushes to clean your pottery, as it will easily cause scratches on the surface of the pottery. ⚱︎ If you need to clean your pottery, we recommend using a sponge or soft brush. ⚱︎ Storing pottery directly after cleaning may cause mould and odour. It is recommended to dry it completely before storing. ⚱︎ Pottery is prone to absorb water and produce dirt (stains), avoid soaking in water for a long time. 𓆏 About Hand-made Ceramics ⚱︎ Hand-fabricated wares retain the warmth and texture of pottery, which is different from the characteristics of a standardised product. ⚱︎ Hand-glazing creates a variety of colours, and if the glaze is fired at high temperatures the chemical reaction will produce unpredictable variations in colour and texture. ⚱︎ Cracks (flakes), air holes, particles and staining of the glaze during firing are normal and do not affect the use of the pottery. ⚱︎ The clay materials used in pottery, such as yellow clay, white clay, black clay, etc., will produce various effects and variations depending on the glaze colour and firing temperature.
