After procurement, all items are examined under a UV light, and random samples from each batch are sent to the Taipei Gemstone Appraisal Center for authentication.
For the Chin Cui series, buyers are responsible for the additional cost if a Taiwanese appraisal report is desired.
The Chun Cui series will include one Taiwanese certificate.
|░ Why We Love Jadeite ░|
"One nurtures jade for three years, and jade nurtures one for a lifetime."
Crystals possess a powerful energy field, but they require regular cleansing. Jadeite, a natural hard jade, is gentle and mild in nature. While its energy field may not be as strong as that of crystals, jadeite's inherent energy is exceptionally clean and pure, exerting only beneficial influences and dispelling negative energy.
Currently, over 40 minerals have been identified in jadeite. Its chemical composition is sodium aluminum silicate—NaAI[Si2 O6]—often containing trace elements such as calcium (Ca), chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), manganese (Mn), magnesium (Mg), and iron (Fe).
White: Essentially free of impurities.
Red: Contains trivalent iron. [2]
Black: Contains more than 2% chromium.
Green: Contains more than 2% chromium and divalent iron.
Yellow: Contains elemental iron.
Purple: Contains elemental manganese.
Blue: Generally similar to green, but rarer.
Trace element "Calcium" (Ca) is the most abundant mineral in the human body, primarily distributed in bones and teeth, with calcium also present in blood and muscles. Calcium is a vital regulator of human life activities, playing crucial physiological roles throughout various stages of development, from childhood to adulthood and old age. Calcium is an indispensable macronutrient essential for human health and longevity.
Trace element "Chromium" (Cr) is significantly important for maintaining normal physiological functions, helping to prevent cardiovascular diseases, and aiding in blood sugar regulation. The human body cannot synthesize it independently and must absorb it through natural foods or supplements. It can increase insulin sensitivity in individuals with type 2 diabetes, assist overweight individuals in managing cholesterol and blood sugar, and is lost faster in individuals under high stress. Therefore, these three groups particularly benefit from chromium.
Trace element "Nickel" (Ni) is an essential trace element for the human body. Adults typically contain 6–10 mg of nickel, primarily found in the brain and liver. Nickel is absorbed in the human intestines, with unabsorbed nickel mostly excreted through feces. Only 10–20% of nickel from food is absorbed by the body.
Trace element "Manganese" (Mn) is another protective trace element for the human body, also present in jadeite. Long-term wear of jadeite can promote blood circulation, accelerate metabolism, alleviate aging, and prevent certain age-related diseases.
Trace element "Magnesium" (Mg) is also a macronutrient essential for the human body. Like calcium, magnesium is a nutrient necessary for normal bone growth. Sufficient magnesium effectively regulates calcium and maintains normal neuromuscular function, with both elements having a complementary effect. Magnesium can inhibit platelet aggregation, so deficiency may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Furthermore, magnesium deficiency can increase chronic inflammation in the body and is associated with the occurrence of many chronic diseases, particularly cardiovascular mortality. Some studies have shown that individuals who drink hard water, which has relatively higher calcium and magnesium content, have a lower mortality rate from cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, maintaining normal blood magnesium levels reduces the risk of atherosclerosis.
Trace element "Iron" (Fe) aids in biochemical reactions through enzymes and promotes metabolism, making it one of the "essential trace elements" for the human body. Adult bodies typically contain 3–5 grams of iron, with 60–70% located in red blood cells. Other cells also require iron to function properly.
Medical research has revealed the potent therapeutic capabilities of jadeite. Long-term wear of jadeite can not only prevent diseases but also alleviate and even treat certain ailments.
Treating Chest Tightness: Some individuals with weaker constitutions occasionally experience chest tightness. Wearing a jadeite pendant can effectively treat common chest tightness. The jadeite pendant emits energy that stimulates the "Long Han" and "Shen Fu" acupoints on the chest, achieving a thorough resolution through continuous massage.
Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory: In TCM, jadeite is believed to have the effects of "clearing internal heat, moistening the heart and lungs, nourishing hair, benefiting the five internal organs, calming the spirit, clearing blood vessels, and enhancing vision and hearing."
Regularly wearing jadeite jewelry allows its trace elements to be absorbed by the skin, helping to harmonize and balance the physiological functions of the body's organs.
Nourishing the Skin: Jadeite ornaments, whether necklaces, earrings, or bracelets, can directly contact the skin. The mineral elements within the jadeite are thus absorbed by the body, nourishing the skin and making one appear fairer and more radiant.
Cooling Relief: The naturally cool property of jadeite offers a soothing and cooling sensation. During the Tang Dynasty, Yang Guifei would reportedly hold jade in her mouth during summer for cooling relief, ushering in a new era of cool summer days. Jade pillows, bracelets, beds, and pendants all contribute to this cooling effect.
The reasons above are scientifically supported. Another, less tangible reason is that when feeling down or stressed, gazing at jadeite can provide an inexplicable sense of emotional healing, as if offering comfort.
