1. Avoid direct sunlight: Exposure to sunlight will cause natural fading over time.
2. Prevent mold: Do not water. Avoid humid environments!
3. Handle with care: Avoid touching, pulling, or squeezing the petals frequently.
4. Dust removal: Use a hairdryer on the lowest cool setting, about 30cm away from the flowers, to gently blow off dust.
5. Staining: Brightly colored flowers may stain clothing; avoid contact.

- Deposit to Reserve: Spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon deposit payment. Failure to complete payment within 2 days of exceeding the deadline will result in forfeiture of the spot and automatic cancellation.
- Age: Participants must be 12 years or older.
- Space is limited; unregistered guests are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
- Rescheduling: Please notify us 7 days in advance.
- Lateness: Entry is prohibited 15 minutes after the class begins. You may opt to receive the finished product and arrange a separate time for pickup.
- Cancellations or refunds are not accepted. Deposits are non-refundable unless due to natural disasters or force majeure.
