Our vegan butterfly pastries are handcrafted in Hong Kong by master artisans with decades of experience. Traditionally, crispy Lunar New Year treats often use lard for their flaky texture. However, our vegan butterfly pastries and festive snacks achieve a delightful richness and aroma through a unique recipe and craftsmanship, even without lard or animal fats. They are an indispensable part of Lunar New Year celebrations. Following last year's enthusiastic response, we've asked our artisans to produce an additional batch this year. The first round will be shipped by the end of January, so friends sending gifts abroad are encouraged to order soon. Other orders will be dispatched sequentially by February 13th.
