* If the handcraft experience course exceeds the original scheduled time, an additional fee of NT$300/person per hour will be charged.
* If a student abandons the creation process midway through the experience course, and the instructor needs to complete the work, an additional fee of NT$1,000/person per hour will be charged on-site.
* Companions, whether participating in tufting or not, will be charged NT$1,000/person.

1. If the reserved time encounters unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons or earthquakes requiring cancellation, Bai Dian will notify you via official channels. You may then reschedule your course once.
2. If you wish to film videos, programs, or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing your order to arrange a time slot without other students.
*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Upon completing your course reservation, course materials will be prepared immediately. Therefore, refunds are not accepted.
2. If you need to reschedule within 8 days of your chosen course date, you may "reschedule for free once (valid for up to three months from the original course date)."
3. If you do not complete your rescheduled reservation within three months, or if you are unable to attend after the one-time free reschedule, please place a new order.
4. Same-day cancellations or arrivals 15 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the course. Please place a new order.
