Once your course booking is confirmed, we will immediately prepare the materials. Therefore, refunds are not accepted. 2. For rescheduling requests made within 8 days of the selected course date, you may postpone your session free of charge once (rescheduling is possible for sessions within three months of the original date). 3. If you do not complete the rescheduled booking within three months, or if you are unable to attend after one free postponement, please place a new order. 4. Same-day cancellations or arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and a new order must be placed.
