We are unable to provide returns, refunds or exchanges for subjective reasons such as not liking the design or the product being different from what you imagined. After placing an order, our artist will draw according to the photos you provide. If there are special features that need to be drawn at the beginning, you can communicate with us first, because we will not be able to make major modifications later. Please trust the professionalism of the illustrator, we will definitely do our best to create the best work. 3. The artist will provide a flat hand-drawn design for discussion with you.
