A: If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, please refer to the following guidelines:
1. Three days prior to the class start date: Full refund or rescheduling is permitted.
2. Within three days of the class start date: As course materials will have been prepared, a 30% deduction from the course fee will be applied for material preparation costs.
3. On the day of the class: No cancellations or refunds will be accepted. However, the spot may be transferred to another individual.
