The plant friends who accompany us in our daily life have green leaves turning yellow, or buds blooming and falling; after a period of silence, small new shoots emerge again, opening their arms to welcome the warm sunshine. Gradually, I, who was always observing with a camera on the side, felt such a quiet and intense change of life that I could no longer completely record it by pressing the shutter. So I dug out the watercolors and color palettes I used when I was a student. With a heart of awe and pilgrimage, and with more joy and satisfaction, I opened my imagination to shrink myself, shuttle among the plants, and draw their most beautiful appearances. During this period, I realized the difficulty between realistic depiction and random presentation. Regarding plant painting, I think it is still at the kindergarten level.
