▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. After placing your order, the system will send an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved designs, please specify your engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section once your engraving content is finalized.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the reserved date and available seating.
4. As course materials need to be prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company receipt with a tax ID, please provide your company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
