If you want to order, please contact the designer first and provide photos of your pet for estimation. 🔸If the pattern of your pet is complex, the price may be slightly higher. 🔸Due to the large number of orders, customers may have to wait for several months. 🔸Depending on the customized size, the production time is about half a month to one month. 【🕒Customization process】 1️⃣ First, please contact the designer and provide photos of your pet. Our store will provide a quotation and delivery time based on the photos. (Please provide photos showing your pet's full body coat color and body shape clearly.) 2️⃣If you are sure to order, our store will issue a "custom reservation voucher" for you to purchase (HKD$100), and the order will start queuing after purchase. 3️⃣When it is your turn, our store will contact you and open a "custom-made voucher" for you to purchase. The work will begin after the purchase is completed. 4️⃣Please select 1 photo of your pet as a reference for the finished pose, and provide photos of the pet's head and body from the front, back, left, right, top and bottom for reference patterns. Photos must be taken under normal light and without filters to avoid color difference. (The more photos you can provide, the better) 5️⃣After the work is completed, photos of the finished work will be sent to the you for confirmation. 3 minor modifications are acceptable, but redoing is not accepted. 6️⃣ After confirming that there is no problem, the work will be packaged and shipped. 7️⃣After safe delivery, please notify our store and the order is completed. 【❌Cancellation Policy】 🔸You can cancel at any time before production starts, but the deposit will not be refunded. 🔸The order cannot be cancelled after the production officially starts. 【⚠️Notes】 🔸Every work is handmade with all our heart, but please understand that it is impossible to perfectly restore the original pet. We apologize that our store is unable to satisfy any customers who pursue perfection. 🔸Customers can refer to the quality of our past works before placing an order, and place an order only if they are satisfied with the quality. 🔸The size of the work may differ by 1~2cm from the order size (it is more likely to be made larger. 🔸The finished product photos may be publicly displayed on Momofish Studio’s social media.
