Abandoning the straightforwardness of the surface, the artist chose to use precisely calculated light-transmitting holes to allow light to penetrate the ceramic body and weave moving heart-shaped shadows on the brick walls and tables. As the temperature of the wick gradually rises, the essential oil in the top groove releases its fragrance.
