Notes for Activity Registration: To ensure the quality of the experience and protect your rights, please read the following information carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Upon completion of your creation, please bring your own bag for transport. In line with environmental protection, we do not provide bags. If you require a paper bag, they are available for purchase on-site for NT$10-15 each.
2. Weather Impact: In the event of unpredictable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the activity content.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours before the activity will incur a 20% deduction for the forfeited spot. Cancellations on the day of the activity are non-refundable (in cases of force majeure with supporting documentation, rescheduling or a full refund may be accepted).
4. If you are unable to arrive at your scheduled time on the day of the activity, please call us at (02-23082005) to inquire about other available times. If you do not arrive, it will be considered as completion of the activity, and no refund will be issued.
5. One participant is allowed a maximum of one accompanying guest. If the number of accompanying guests exceeds the number of participants, the organizer may charge a venue fee (please clearly state the number of accompanying guests in the remarks section when ordering to facilitate seating arrangements).
