Most items are handmade and may have minor imperfections such as residual glue, small stains, loose threads, slight gaps, or seam variations. Marks from the handmade process or techniques (like air bubbles or grain) are not considered defects and generally do not affect normal use. 6. Shoes, bags, and accessories are not recommended for full submersion washing (this applies universally). Once worn and scrubbed, they may not return to a new condition, and cleaning marks may appear. Clean by diluting a neutral detergent, gently brushing, wiping away foam with a damp cloth, and air-drying. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoe boxes. Slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection, and minor dents or creases during transit are unavoidable. Packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture and color across different areas of the skin or according to the season (unlike artificial leather, which has uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color differences are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings; the actual product is the standard. Handmade dimensions may have international standard allowable variations and unavoidable measurement differences of 1-3 cm. 10. The original packaging (shoe box + outer carton) must be maintained. Do not tape directly onto the shoe box. Damage to the shoe box or authorization marks due to incomplete packaging will incur a refurbishment fee of NT$100. 5.
