Its scarcity and lengthy production process, involving up to six months of tanning and finishing, contribute to its unparalleled quality. We utilize the dense, uniformly structured fibers from the shell — the Cordovan layer — which imparts exceptional abrasion resistance and durability, far surpassing that of typical cowhide. This makes it ideal for bespoke creations such as watch straps, wallets, and cardholders. Our watch straps are meticulously crafted using the traditional saddle stitch technique, ensuring superior durability compared to machine stitching. Edges are carefully sanded from coarse to fine grit, then polished to a smooth, natural finish. When placing your order, please specify: the desired length, the color for the upper and lower strap leather, the color of the buckle/connector, the thread color, and any embossing (up to 10 English letters; for Cordovan leather, we recommend embossing on the brown leather backing for a more noticeable effect). Strap Width Options: - 20mm width for 38 / 40 / 41mm Apple Watch - 24mm width for 42 / 44 / 45mm Apple Watch (If a blue connector is chosen, the width will be 22mm, and a matching 22mm black buckle will be provided) Leather Thickness: 1.1-1.3mm thick, resulting in a strap approximately 2.2-2.6mm thick after stitching.
