Gently slide the ear cuff down from the thinner upper part of your ear. If it's difficult to insert, you can slightly widen the opening. 2. Once you've slid it to your desired position, gently tug it to ensure it's secure. If it comes off easily, gradually narrow the opening to adjust the fit. 3. Once you've adjusted it to your perfect fit, you can easily put it on and take it off without needing to readjust the opening each time. Once you get the hang of it, wearing them is simple.
