MATERIAL DESCRIPTION All products in this studio are crafted after strict quality control by the designer. Gemstones are sourced from trusted suppliers in the industry. Silver materials are sourced from trusted suppliers and manufactured in cooperation with factories. Plating is done using both jewelry and industrial plating techniques. If you have any concerns about material allergies, please inquire with the designer before placing your order. PRODUCTION TIME Most items in this studio are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be found on the Pinkoi desktop version. For in-stock items, shipping takes 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please allow 2-6 weeks for production (excluding shipping time, national holidays, and natural disasters). If you need to receive your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to check for stock availability or if it's possible to expedite production for you. Items processed by our factory require a longer production time. Factory-processed items include: wax carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced at NT$1000 or more will come with a jewelry box (items under NT$1000 require an additional purchase). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a silver polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items purchased together will be packaged in the most minimalist way possible (items that come with a box will still include one). However, due to variations in equipment and display screens, some color differences are inevitable. The appearance of gemstone colors may also vary due to light refraction. CARE INSTRUCTIONS 1. For jewelry with gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove it before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemical substances (e.g., perfumes). 3. Wipe with a soft cloth and store when not in use. 4. For plated jewelry, use a soft cloth for cleaning; do not use a silver polishing cloth. 5. It is recommended to store jewelry in a box or a sealed bag. RETURN POLICY Returns and refunds are not accepted for custom orders, including non-standard colors and specifications (gemstone colors, arrangement styles, sizes, materials, gold plating or no plating), engraving, or modifications such as converting to clip-on earrings.
