Gemstones are sourced from trusted merchants in the industry, and silver materials are also procured from reputable suppliers and in collaboration with manufacturers. For plating, both jewelry and industrial plating techniques are employed. If you have concerns about material allergies, please feel free to consult the designer before placing an order. Most items in this studio are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please expect a waiting period. If you need to receive your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to check for stock availability or to see if they can accommodate an earlier production slot. Items processed by the factory require a longer turnaround time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced above NT$2000 will be presented in a jewelry box (boxes for items under NT$2000 can be purchased separately). 2. Non-plated sterling silver items will come with a silver polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items purchased together will be packaged in the most minimalist way possible (items that come with a box will still include one). When not in use, wipe with a soft cloth/silver polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4.
