The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 1-3 days. Made-to-order pieces require a waiting period of 2-6 weeks (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to inquire about stock availability or their capacity to expedite your piece. Items requiring factory processing will take longer. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
