"Custom-made" items are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We are unable to resell your ordered product to another customer.) Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo placement with you. 4. Once the photo is confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. Within 1-3 days of starting the design, you will receive a draft for proofreading and confirmation. 6. After confirmation, printing and production will be arranged. Printing generally takes 30-35 business days. Some items may take longer; please refer to the individual product description for specific timelines. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. Once the printed product is packaged, you will be notified on the day of shipment. Early arrival will result in early dispatch.
