1. Upon placing an order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email" from the system.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving content in the "Message to Designer" section when ordering.
3. Your reservation is confirmed only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to finalize the date and check availability.
4. Materials are prepared after payment, so please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a standard receipt. If you require a company receipt with a tax ID number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of a class cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
