｜Refund Cancellation Policy｜
1. If you cancel within 7 days of the selected date, you can "extend it once for free (to a show within three months of the departure date)" and there is no refund.
2. If you have not completed the extended reservation for more than three months, or if you have made a free extension and still cannot attend classes as scheduled, please place a new order.
3. If the course cannot be held due to natural disasters or other force majeure factors (typhoons are subject to Taipei City announcements), we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
