For daily use, you can just wash it with a neutral detergent. The color becomes darker and dull due to aging, and it is also very tasty. If you want to restore the original shine, gently polish it with baking soda or toothpaste. Since it is scratched, it is easy to rub it with a sponge scrubbing brush.
