3. If you are unable to attend after successful registration, a refund cannot be issued due to the custom nature of the materials. You are welcome to find a substitute.
4. Plant varieties will be adjusted or changed based on seasonal market availability.
5. In support of environmental protection, please bring your own reusable bag.
6. The event starts punctually. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late. Entry will not be permitted for those arriving more than 30 minutes late, and no refund will be issued.
7. Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violations will be the participant's responsibility.
8. If materials are mistakenly made or damaged due to personal oversight during the session, additional materials will need to be purchased to continue the creation process.
9. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund. For typhoons, the cancellation and refund standards announced by the event's location will apply, regardless of the participant's location.
